About Us
As the co-owners of Set The Stage – Montco Bucks County, we are so excited to partner with real estate agents, home owners, home builders and real estate investors across Montgomery and Bucks Counties to curate beautiful, inspiring spaces.
Prior to joining the Set The Stage® franchise family, we both spent over 25 years in the financial services industry. While this doesn’t seem like the most obvious of career transitions on the surface, we’re both avid home design and home improvement enthusiasts who have dreamed of being able to turn that passion into a career. In early 2025, the opportunity to own a Set The Stage franchise came along and turned that dream into a reality.
Why Set The Stage?
When we started researching franchise opportunities, it was clear to us that, unlike traditional staging companies that primarily serve only Realtors and home sellers, Set The Stage® is expanding the scope and scale of home staging. By franchising and leveraging its wholesale buying power, the company has created a scalable, full-service business model that includes staging, furniture sales, and turnkey furnishing solutions. As a result, this operating model is also particularly valuable to property managers, investors, homebuilders, and developers as a means to offering efficient, stylish, and cost-effective solutions for fully furnished, move-in-ready homes and rental properties.
We use new, on-trend furniture in all of our home staging projects, and all of that furniture is available for purchase not just by the ultimate home buyer, but by anyone who tours the home and falls in love with what they see. If you’re anything like us, and have walked through a well-staged model home and thought “I wish I could buy this furniture” well, now you can!
Our Design Philosophy
When staging a home for sale, we draw our primary inspiration from the home itself. Our process includes a free initial walkthrough to assess the space and understand the objectives of the real estate agent and seller. With a fully stocked warehouse of current furniture trends, we develop a customized design plan. This allows us to emphasize each home’s strengths and, if needed, strategically minimize any less-desirable features.
When potential buyers step inside a home, they often form an opinion within the first 15 seconds, making that initial impression crucial. Many buyers also struggle to visualize furniture placement in vacant rooms or to picture how they will utilize each undefined space. Our purpose is to help buyers to envision themselves in the home, and get excited about the lifestyle that they can create for themselves when they move in.
