HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
In most cases it takes just 2-3 weeks to deliver your collection.
Once your purchase is finalized your items are shipped to our warehouse where we inspect, process, and assemble every item. Some of our vendors may require longer lead times. In those cases, your Design Specialist will provide you with specific timelines based on your preferred selections.
ARE OTHER STYLES OR CUSTOM COLLECTIONS AVAILABLE?
Since the collections featured in our online lookbook are pre-curated, they save you extra time and money.
However, if you have a specific look in mind, we’re happy to design a custom collection that meets your needs and style while providing fast and cost-effective care. Just ask a Design Specialist.
CAN I BUY INDIVIDUAL ITEMS?
It depends.
Some of our vendors impose purchase minimums while others do not. Please speak with a Design Specialist to discuss your specific interests and options.
CAN I SWITCH OUT ITEMS IN MY PACKAGE?
Yes.
We want you to feel comfortable moving into your new space. The furniture in each collection are a representation of the furniture that we have curated specifically for those packages. Other colors or items are available to purchase upon request.
ARE WINDOW TREATMENTS AVAILABLE?
No, they are not.
Our senior living collections are designed to provide complete furniture and décor solutions, focusing on the pieces that shape comfort, function, and style within each space. Because window treatments often require custom measurements, installation, and coordination with community standards, they aren’t included in our packages. This allows us to keep the process simple, consistent, and turnkey while ensuring every furnished home feels warm, livable, and beautifully complete.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 15-day return policy once furniture is delivered and installed. A restocking fee may apply.
ARE THERE ANY PRODUCT WARRANTIES?
All furniture and products supplied are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Should any eligible warranty issue arise, Set the Stage – Montco Bucks County will coordinate and manage warranty claims on the client’s behalf to ensure a smooth resolution.
