Our ideal candidate is an interior design student, homemaker, caretaker, or any qualified individual looking for a creative outlet. This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of staging and design projects while providing the flexibility to accept or decline jobs at your discretion!

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Lead Stagers and team members to plan and execute home staging projects.
  • Select and arrange furniture, décor, and accessories to create cohesive, inviting spaces.
  • Manage staging inventory. Pull and pack items in preparation for loading, transport, and unloading by professional movers.

This flexible, part-time role is perfect for anyone with a passion for interior design and home décor, whether you’re a student, homemaker, caretaker, or simply seeking a creative outlet. As a Home Stager, you’ll collaborate with our team to transform empty houses into inviting, market-ready homes. You’ll help select and arrange furniture and décor, support inventory prep and organization, and bring your creative touch to projects across Montgomery and Bucks County. With the ability to accept or decline assignments, you’ll enjoy the freedom to balance work with your lifestyle while building experience in the fast-paced world of real estate and design. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Lead Stagers and team members to plan and execute home staging projects.
  • Select and arrange furniture, décor, and accessories to create cohesive, inviting spaces.
  • Manage staging inventory. Pull and pack items in preparation for loading, transport, and unloading by professional movers. 
  • Maintain and restock inventory, ensuring items are carefully handled and organized.
  • Communicate professionally with Staging Directors and adapt to feedback as needed.
  • Adhere to staging guidelines and company standards while bringing your creative touch.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong aesthetic sense and ability to work within established staging guidelines.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move furniture (up to 50 lbs) and perform on-site tasks.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • A teachable attitude and eagerness to grow within the company.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Dependability and ability to work flexible part-time hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home staging, interior design, fine/performing arts, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with local real estate trends.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • On-site work at our warehouse and properties throughout the Montgomery and Bucks County.
  • Flexible hours with occasional evening or weekend availability required.
  • Opportunities for advancement within the company.
  • Successful candidates will be added to our team roster. Members may accept or decline jobs as they are offered. Jobs may include but are not limited to:  
  • Pull & Pack (select & prepare items prior to staging)
  • Stage Lead or Stage Assistant
  • Destage
  • Restock & Warehouse Help
  • Pre-Listing Consultations
  • Sales Presentations & Brokerage Visits

Compensation & Benefits

  • To incentivize timely completion of projects, stagers are paid a generous flat-rate for most staging jobs and functions based on the complexity and experience required to execute the assigned duties. Other functions such as training, team meetings, and warehouse support are paid on an hourly basis, starting at $15/hr. These details will be further discussed during the interview.

Salary

$20 – $45 per hour
